BECOME A VENDOR

This application is to show and sell artisan crafts during the 2023 Bajaja Music Fest, which will take place at Amaya in El Pescadero, BCS on November 30th, December 1st and 2nd.

We expect a good-sized attendance of about half locals and half tourists who will be eager to shop for holiday gifts.

​

Please note that we have limited spaces available. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We will accept vendor submissions based on originality, quality of workmanship and marketability. You will be notified of acceptance within four weeks of submitting your application.

The cost for the 3 days is $3,000 MXN for a 10' x 10' space with one extension cord plug with limited power draw.

2024 Craft Vendor Application

Terms: By submitting this application, you are agreeing to pay the $3,000 MXN vendor fee, if accepted, by February 9, 2024. If accepted, you will receive a follow-up email with payment instructions.

Set-up will begin at 12pm each day and you must be fully set up by 4pm. Due to stage/band production, vendors will not have access to the main entrance, so please prepare to carry your setup from the parking lot to the venue.

​

The festival ends at midnight but vendors can begin to break down their booths at 9pm, if they wish. Vendors are welcome to leave their booth set up overnight, but they must take all of their belongings, including trash, with them at the end of the festival. Oaxaca Underground is not responsible for the loss or damage of any vendor belongings.
